Thomas Wilken, CPC, QPA, QKA has been working in the pension and benefit fund and insurance industry since 2012. Thomas began their career as a Plan Technical Support Representative at Great-West Financial Retirement Services in 2012. In 2014, they moved to Wells Fargo Institutional Retirement and Trust as a Sponsor Services Analyst. In 2015, they joined Milliman as a Compliance Consultant and then as a Compliance Analyst, where they prepared nondiscrimination testing, calculated employer allocations/cross-testing, and worked with clients to explain complex compliance issues. In 2019, Thomas joined Linea Solutions, Inc. as a Consultant and Associate Consultant, where they provided information technology and management consulting services.
Thomas Wilken obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2012. In 2017, they obtained the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) certification from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries in September, and the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) certification from the same institution in April. In 2018, they obtained the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) certification from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries in July.
