Kathryn Koetting

Kathryn Koetting is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel for Integrated Solutions & Technology at Lineage Logistics since October 2022, Kathryn previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Capgemini, providing legal support to the Financial Services business unit. Prior to that, Kathryn was Senior Corporate Counsel for Texas United Management Corporation, where collaboration across various business functions was essential. Early career experiences include roles as a Contract Attorney at Fisher & Associates and legal internships at ELLA and Telephonics Corporation. Kathryn holds a J.D. in Corporate and Transactional Law from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in English and French.
