Kelly Burlage

Kelly Burlage serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Lineage, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Previously, Kelly held significant roles at Livingston International, including Vice President of HR Operations and Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Additionally, Kelly was the Talent/User Acquisition Strategy Owner at randrr and the Director of Talent Acquisition at ATI Physical Therapy. Kelly also contributes as an Advisory Board Member at Hire Wells. An educational background in I/O Psychology and Communications was established through a B.A. from Illinois State University.
