Paolo Passera

Paolo Passera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system development and project management within the engineering and automation sectors. Currently serving as the NetOps System Development Manager at Lineage since December 2023, Paolo previously held the position of Solution Development Manager at Dematic from August 2020 to December 2023. Prior to that, Paolo worked as a System Engineer at Swisslog Logistics Automation from January 2018 to July 2020. Paolo's earlier career includes various roles at Siemens, where responsibilities included Technical Project Manager, Mechanical Engineering Responsible, and Project Manager from 2007 to December 2017, alongside positions at TAU controllo processi S.p.A. and SIPA srl. Paolo holds a degree in mechanical engineering, automation, and robotics from Politecnico di Milano.
