Troy Nutter is an experienced operations and continuous improvement professional with a strong background in logistics and workforce management. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Lineage Logistics since April 2022, Troy previously held positions as Special Operations Supervisor and Freight Operations Supervisor at XPO Logistics, Inc., where responsibilities included managing teams, optimizing freight operations, and promoting safety protocols. Prior roles include Operations Manager at American Linehaul and Front Line Supervisor at UPS, focusing on workflow coordination and safety practices.
