Marco Nasca has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marco currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Lineal, a global legal technology services company. In their role, Marco is responsible for expanding the company's operational footprint in the Americas and developing new areas of organizational growth and channel partnership. Prior to this, Marco worked at UnitedLex Corporation, where they held the positions of Vice President, Global Enterprise Legal Services, and Senior Director, Client Solutions. Before that, they were the Director of Discovery Services at Huron Consulting Group and the Midwest Regional Director at Iris Data Services. Marco also gained experience at TrialGraphix, Inc./Kroll Ontrack and Robert Half Legal, where they held various roles in account management and marketing. Marco began their career as an Attorney at Morici, Figlioli & Associates and later served as an Intern and Assistant to Sen. Paul Simon at the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute at SIUC. Throughout their career, Marco has focused on leveraging artificial intelligence technologies and legal outsourcing solutions to improve insights, intelligence, partnership, and legal service delivery.

Marco Nasca attended Carmel High School from 1989 to 1993. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 1993 to 1997. Later, they enrolled at DePaul University College of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from 1998 to 2001.
