Mohan Kilaru

Mohan Kilaru has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Mohan started their career in 1993 as a Microsoft Windows Developer at FUTURUS. From 1996 to 2004, they worked at Hummingbird, initially as a Developer and Technical Manager, where they designed and developed the Tempest document storage system and automated healthcare and banking processes.

In 2004, Mohan joined Xact Data Discovery as a Director, leading the Technical Services and Software Application Development department. Mohan successfully managed large eDiscovery projects and built and managed an offshore technical team.

From 2011 to 2017, Mohan held the position of Director of eDiscovery Managed Services at Epiq Systems. Mohan played a key role in the growth and management of the kCura Relativity platform and oversaw multiple Relativity sites globally.

Mohan then worked as an independent eDiscovery Consultant from 2017 to 2018 before joining Driven, Inc. in 2018. At Driven, Inc., they held the roles of Director of Hosted Applications and later as VP of Operations. Thereafter, they joined Innovative Driven in 2021 as the VP of Software Operations until 2023.

Currently, Mohan Kilaru is serving as the Vice President of Technical Services at Lineal, starting in March 2023.

Mohan Kilaru has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they completed in 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics and Communications from Bangalore University. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Relativity Review Specialist certification in 2016 and the Certified Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification in 2015. Additionally, they hold a Microsoft Certified Application Developer certification from Microsoft, which they obtained in 2004.
