Prash Luther has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Prash started their career as a Sales Officer at Ceylon Business Appliances (Pvt) Ltd, where they achieved sales and revenue targets through B2B sales. Prash then joined Dialog Axiata PLC, where they held various roles including Contact Center Consultant, Team Leader, Manager Operations and Workforce Management, and Head of Partner Engagement and Business Analytics. At Dialog Axiata, they managed large teams, ensured high-performance targets were met, and oversaw multichannel BPO contact center operations. Prash later joined Telstra as a Sales Consultant before moving to VGW, a technology company, where they were Head of Service and later Head of Service Experience. Prash implemented customer experience projects, drove loyalty, and designed business processes. Prior to their current role, Prash worked as the Head of Customer Experience at Moneyball Australia, leading customer operations and customer experience strategies while protecting the company from fraud. Prash currently serves as the Head of Participant Engagement at Linear Clinical Research Ltd.

Prash Luther obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Edith Cowan University from 2006 to 2009. In 2014, they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt from the National Institute of Business Management in Sri Lanka. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Management Accountant certification from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants in Australia from 2012 to 2013. In 2017, Prash Luther also received a Certificate of Achievement from Scale-Up Ally LLC.
