Tim Dafforn

Tim Dafforn is a Non-Executive Director at Linear Diagnostics. Tim was previously the Chief Entrepreneurial Advisor at the Department of Business Energy and Industrial Strategy from November 2016 to October 2017. Prior to that, they were the Chief Scientific Advisor at the Department of Business Innovation and Skills from July 2015 to November 2016. Tim has also worked at Linear Diagnostics Limited and the University of Birmingham.

Tim Dafforn has a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol, a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and A levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Pure Mathematics from North Devon College.
