Layanmith Karandana has three years of work experience, beginning in 2017. In 2017, they worked as the Local Committee Vice President - Finance & Legal at AIESEC. In 2018, they were an Associate Statistical Analyst and an Intern Consumer Insights at Stax Inc. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager/ Data Scientist – Customer Insights at Linear Squared (PVT) Ltd.

Layanmith Karandana graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Special) in Statistics from the University of Colombo in 2018.
