Jess Miller Noj

Jessica Miller Noj currently serves as the VP of People & Culture at LinearB, a position held since May 2021, after previously holding the role of Director of People & Culture. Prior to joining LinearB, Jessica was the Director of People Strategy & Operations at Pillar Biosciences Incorporated from September 2020 to May 2021. Jessica's experience at Cisco from July 2017 to September 2020 included roles as Head of Security Business Group Culture Strategy and Head of Employee Success for Cloud Security, focusing on cultural change management and mentorship for women in the business. Earlier positions included Director of Human Resources at CloudLock, HR Manager at Anaqua, IMN, and The Greater Boston Food Bank, and Recruitment & Employment Specialist at American Casino & Entertainment Properties, LLC. Jessica holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Michigan and has undertaken studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio and Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School.
