Mikhalina Malinovskaya

Mikhalina Malinovskaya has extensive experience in the field of HR. Mikhalina is currently serving as the Head of HR branding at Lineate since November 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of HR Business Partner at STC group from April 2018 to November 2020. Mikhalina also worked as a Senior HR manager at STC group from February 2018 to April 2020. Before joining STC group, Mikhalina served as an HR manager at RBI Holding from July 2015 to February 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Analyst at ANCOR from April 2013 to June 2015, and as a Trainee at Kelly Services from December 2012 to January 2013.

Mikhalina Malinovskaya earned a Bachelor's degree in Conflict Management from Saint-Petersburg State University from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, from 2010 to 2013, they attended The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, where they studied to become an interpreter in the sphere of professional communication.
