Alila Hollander

Alila Hollander is the current Human Resources Director at LineDrive. Alila has extensive experience in the field, having previously worked as an HR Manager at Montana Metal Products and as a Director of Human Resources at Stampede Meat, Inc.

At Montana Metal Products, Hollander was responsible for leading all HR initiatives, including hiring and recruiting, training and development, benefits, employee relations, and safety. During their time at Stampede Meat, Inc., they created and implemented a points-based verifiable wellness program, executed multiple safety initiatives to reduce employee injuries, and led leadership, HR law, and union avoidance training for all production supervisors and assistant supervisors.

Hollander is a skilled communicator and has a proven track record of successfully working with management to implement best practices and changes in laws. Alila is dedicated to their work and committed to ensuring that their company's employees are well-trained and have the resources they need to be successful.

Alila Hollander has a BA in Economics and Environmental Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Alila also has an MA in Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition, they have taken certification courses for PHR & SPHR from Northern Illinois University. Alila is also certified from HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification, SHRM in SHRM California Law HR Specialty, SHRM in SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and SHRM-SCP.
