Peadar Beirne

Peadar Beirne MRICS has extensive experience in cost management within the construction sector, currently serving as an Associate - Cost Management at Linesight since September 2016, where previous roles included Senior Cost Manager and Cost Manager. Prior to Linesight, Peadar worked as an M&E Quantity Surveyor at HCQS from May 2015 to May 2016, and as an Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor at Swiftline Building Services Group from May 2013 to May 2015. Peadar began a career in quantity surveying through an internship as an Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor with King and Moffatt Group from October 2012 to May 2013. Educational qualifications were obtained from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, between 2008 and 2011.
