Agata Szacka

Agata Szacka is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and employer branding with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global DEI & Employer Brand Manager at Lingaro since March 2020, Agata also leads DEI ambassadors and manages global employer branding initiatives. In addition, Agata participates in the Women Talent Pool Leadership Programme with the European Network for Women in Leadership from March 2023 to March 2024, aimed at fostering new female leaders in Europe. Previous roles include Communications & EB Senior Specialist at DSV, where Agata was recognized as a DSV Global Marketing Champion, and positions at Global LT, Employer Branding Institute, PSZK, Grupa Żywiec, and an internship at SWPS University. Agata holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Social Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS, along with postgraduate qualifications in Corporate Communications and a degree in advancing Diversity & Inclusion from INSEAD.
