Sebastian Stygar is the Co-CEO at Lingaro. Sebastian has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.

Sebastian started their career at Procter & Gamble Germany in 1997 as an IT Systems Manager. Sebastian led a cross-regional team implementing EDI projects parallel to SAP implementations and those for P&G’s global customers – Walmart, Carrefour and Makro. Sebastian was also the IBM account manager for Western European CRP system accountable for SLA delivery and vendor relations. In addition, they were the business analyst and designer for ERP OSB system solutions (Order-Shipping-Billing). Sebastian was considered a key holder of expertise and a key contact for EMEA management and country teams in the area of Total Order Management.

In 2003, Sebastian left Procter & Gamble to join Hewlett-Packard as an Account Delivery Manager, Corporate Information. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Global Delivery for Procter&Gamble BI/DW Global Service Line across multiple GDAS centers on virtual basis. Sebastian was also responsible for E-2-E Project Delivery to Client Management and served as the key interface between Account Client Management team and Center Directors to align on strategy, execution, escalation, and overall business plan.

In 2008, Sebastian left Hewlett-Packard to co-found Lingaro, a leading IT consulting company in Poland with over 700 employees. Lingaro offers a wide range of services, including software development, IT outsourcing, cloud services, and more. Under Sebastian’s leadership, Lingaro has become one of the largest IT companies in Poland with a strong international presence.

Sebastian Stygar has an EMBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and an EMBA from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Sebastian also has a Master Engineer degree in Information Technology from West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
