Vinita Peter

Vinita Peter has significant experience in human resources, particularly in HR operations and specialist roles. Vinita currently works at Lingaro as the HR Operations Lead since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Specialist at Lingaro from February 2022 to July 2023. Before joining Lingaro, Vinita was an Assistant Manager - HR at Total Environment Building Systems from October 2012 to September 2014. Vinita also served as a Deputy Manager - HR at Geodesic Techniques Pvt Ltd from May 2009 to October 2012.

Vinita Peter completed their education at Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 2007 to 2009, earning a PGDBM degree in Human Resource. Prior to that, they studied at Nagpur University from 2002 to 2006, obtaining a B.E degree in Electrical. In addition to their formal education, Vinita has also obtained certifications in HR Analytics in PowerBI and Effective Leader - Leadership Skills Development from Udemy, and Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam.
