Carrie Barrow

Carrie Barrow is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Operations at LingaTech, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Carrie served in various significant roles, including a position at Meta (February 2022 - May 2023) where recruitment efforts exceeded annual hiring goals by 150% and diversity hiring goals by 200%. Experience also includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at KPMG US, leading a team in the CIO Advisory practice, and as a Senior Talent Advisor at MITRE, responsible for recruiting in national security sectors. Earlier roles included significant responsibilities in campus recruiting at Deloitte and full lifecycle recruiting at Accenture. Carrie holds a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of South Florida (2001-2005).
