Cynthia Sisk has extensive work experience in coaching and consulting. Cynthia is currently the President of Nara Coaching and Consulting, where they use a strength-based and solution-focused approach to help clients meet their goals. Cynthia specializes in life and career transitions, confidence building, overcoming self-sabotage, professional development, stress management, and improving relationships. Additionally, Cynthia assists organizations in aligning values and culture to create positive work environments while focusing on strategic initiatives.

Cynthia has also worked as a Leadership Coach at Lingo Live and an Executive Career and Leadership Coach at GrowthSpace. Cynthia has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Converse University and Spartanburg Community College. Cynthia co-founded the Upstate Women in Leadership Conference and was involved in various roles such as Co-Founder.

Earlier in their career, Cynthia worked as a Principal at Cynthia Sisk Psychotherapy and Coaching and as the Owner of Verve Wine Bar and Cellar. Cynthia also gained significant experience at Group Health Cooperative, where they held positions such as Senior Project Director, Associate Director of Preventive Medicine, and Senior Project Manager. Furthermore, they have a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Washington School of Professional Psychology Argosy University Seattle. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Comprehensive Special Education and Psychology from Converse University. Additionally, Cynthia has an additional certification in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, Nonprofit.
