Elizabeth Hall

Elizabeth Hall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Elizabeth began their career as a Crew Member at McDonald's in April 2015 but left in February 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Team Member at Strike City Lanes on a seasonal basis, primarily as a cashier with additional tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and stocking.

Moving on, Elizabeth worked as a waitress at Eric's from March 2017 to August 2017, taking food and drink orders, serving customers, and handling cash transactions. Simultaneously, they joined Badcock and More as a Sales Associate, selling furniture and electronics, managing sales tags, and facilitating product orders for customers, from May 2017 to November 2017.

In October 2018, they joined Hudson's Dirt Cheap as a cashier, responsible for handling money, assisting customers with checkouts, and stocking and organizing inventory until March 2019. Elizabeth then moved to Lingo Communications as a Customer Support Representative, helping customers with their bills, providing technical support, and eventually becoming a Customer Support Lead in August 2020. In this new role, Elizabeth supervised phone agents, supported larger accounts, and assisted customers with their queries until they gained their most recent promotion to Premier Commercial Support Lead in March 2022. Elizabeth'sresponsibilities in this position involve exclusive support for major commercial customers, including updating answering rules and call greetings.

In the future, Elizabeth has a forthcoming role as a Team Member at Tractor Supply Company scheduled for May and June 2023. Overall, Elizabeth Hall's work experience exhibits versatility and growth, showcasing their ability to adapt and excel in diverse job roles.

Elizabeth Hall attended Baldwin County High School from 2012 to 2016, where they did not obtain a degree or focus on a specific field of study. After completing high school, they pursued their higher education at Coastal Alabama Community College from 2019 to 2021. Elizabeth earned an Associate of Arts degree in Social Sciences during this time. Currently, they are continuing their education at Troy University, where they are expected to graduate in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work.
