Karina Strobl

Karina Strobl's work experience includes their current role as the VP of Strategic Accounts at Unbabel, starting in 2022. Previously, they worked at Lingo24 as a Senior Global Account Executive/Director, where they implemented growth plans, identified ways to support clients, and streamlined processes. Karina also worked as a Lead Sales Manager & Deputy Sales Manager, where they coached and supported a team of account managers, developed reports and statistics, and monitored team performance. Before that, Karina was a Business Development Executive at Lingo24, where they identified sales prospects and generated positive outcomes through effective communication. Karina has also served as a mentor in the Women in Localization Mentoring Program and worked as a Regional Manager at Orange, where they worked closely with the senior management team, set up new offices, and monitored team performance.

Karina Strobl obtained an Engineer's Degree in Telecommunication from Polytechnic University Timisoara, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Karina has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Some of these certifications include Advanced Google Ads, Agile Foundations, Become a Leader People Love, and several others. These certifications were obtained in March 2023 from LinkedIn and the Project Management Institute.
