Rachele Innocenti

Rachele Innocenti is a seasoned professional in the finance and strategy sectors, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Lingotto since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rachele founded R L I, where leadership was demonstrated from February 2019 to December 2023. Experience includes working as an Investment Associate at Park Square Capital from May 2016 to January 2019 and serving as an European Leveraged Finance Analyst at Deutsche Bank between July 2015 and April 2016, with prior experience as an intern in the same division. Rachele Innocenti holds a Master of Science in International Finance from HEC School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics, Management and Finance with a focus on Finance from Bocconi University.
