Norissa (Ris/"Reese") Giangola

Norissa (Ris/"Reese") Giangola has over 25 years of experience in the fields of marketing, revenue, market development, and strategy. In 2019, they began their role as Interim Chief Revenue Officer at Lingrove, a venture funded R&D shop delivering innovative, high performance, renewable materials. Norissa (Ris/"Reese") also serves as an Advisor for the company. From 2006 to 2020, Giangola held various roles at Coqui Marketing, Various Clients, including Revenue, Market Development, and Marketing Leader. In 2020, they became an Advisor and Interim Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief of Staff at TradeLanes, a company that is digitizing global trade. Since 2006, Giangola has been a Director on the Board of Directors for TheGreenCell, Inc., a research company delivering innovative, sustainable ingredients, and F+G Associates. In 2004, they were Market Development and Global Partnerships at World Space, where they identified, initiated, and secured new content and marketing partnerships for satellite radio service. From 2003 to 2004, Giangola was a Consultant in the E-Business Division at Fannie Mae, where they led CXO level research programs with FNMA top bank and broker customers to inform E-Business SaaS platform for bank/broker channel. From 1998 to 2003, they were an Advisor in Digital Dividends and Director of New Ventures Environmental Enterprises at the World Resources Institute. In 1993, Giangola was COO/CMO at Agua y Sol (Brand), VRG, Sustainable Ventures (a holding company), where they started an organic food brand and operated until exiting through sale.

Norissa Giangola received their BA in International Relations and Biology from Duke University. Norissa (Ris/"Reese") then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance and General from The Johns Hopkins University. Norissa (Ris/"Reese") also completed coursework in Microbiology, General from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, they have a certification in Cybersecurity Training from ESET.
