Norissa (Ris/"Reese") Giangola has over 25 years of experience in the fields of marketing, revenue, market development, and strategy. In 1993, Giangola was COO/CMO at Agua y Sol (Brand), VRG, Sustainable Ventures (a holding company), where they started an organic food brand and operated until exiting through sale.

Norissa Giangola received their BA in International Relations and Biology from Duke University. Norissa (Ris/"Reese") then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance and General from The Johns Hopkins University. Norissa (Ris/"Reese") also completed coursework in Microbiology, General from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, they have a certification in Cybersecurity Training from ESET.
