Yara Schilling

Yara Schilling serves as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at MoveOn since January 2022 and has been a Freelance Translator and Interpreter with Linguistica International since 2013. Yara holds a certification as a Medical Interpreter from CCIS and is HIPAA trained. With extensive experience in talent management, Yara previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Laney Belle Inc, where responsibilities included client relations and content development, and as a Talent, Experience, & Development Specialist at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, focusing on talent strategy and innovative HR programs. Additional roles include Associate Recruiter at Pyramid Consulting Group and Recruiting/HR Coordinator at Administrative Resource Options. Yara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation from German Jordanian University and Leipzig University.
