Marisol Ribes

Marisol Ribes serves as the Vice President of HR for Linical in the US and Europe since September 2019, previously holding the position of HR Director for Europe. With extensive experience in human resources, Marisol worked at Nemak Global from July 2012 to September 2019 as HR Manager for Europe and earlier as a Senior HR Generalist, managing various HR operations including employee life cycle management and compensation strategies. Prior to Nemak, Marisol contributed as an HR Generalist at Siemens Gamesa and as a Consultant at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Germany. Marisol began the career as a Legal Advisor in sustainable energy projects. Educational qualifications include a Master in Global Reward Management from ESCP Business School and formal HR training from IHK, alongside degrees in Law from University Jaime I and Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
