Matthew G. Link

Matt began his career at LINK in 1997 as a Project Coordinator in LINK’s test laboratories, followed by the same role in the design and manufacturing headquarters, and then became the General Manager of LINK Arizona. In 2013, Matt was named President and began overseeing all LINK operations. Matt is dedicated to exceeding customers’ expectations through upholding the highest level of standards.

Matt is focused on aligning and further guiding the talented LINK personnel by ensuring that they leverage one another as well as the great depth of experience that exists across the organization. Creating opportunities for career growth and offering long-term job security are viewed by Matt as critical components in positioning the company as the leading resource in the testing, climatic, and cutting tool industries for generations to come. Ultimately, his vision is to lead a thriving organization that is constantly evolving and finding new ways to deliver ever more value to its customers.
