Benjamin Hernandez has extensive work experience in technology leadership and program/project management roles. Benjamin currently serves as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of ePMO & Delivery Strategy at Link Logistics Real Estate since May 2022.

Prior to their current role, Benjamin worked at JLL from 2013 to 2022, holding multiple positions. Benjamin was the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global - Enterprise Collaboration, Unified Communications & IAM from August 2018 to April 2022. In this role, they provided executive oversight of the roadmap, planning, and program/project standards and execution across enterprise collaboration, cyber-security, and unified communication platforms.

From June 2015 to November 2018, Benjamin served as the Vice President (VP) of Global Platform Owner - Identity & Access Management (IAM) at JLL. Benjamin led a global team and was responsible for defining current and future state architecture, project management, and security governance.

Before that, Benjamin was the IT Director - Program Manager at JLL from May 2013 to June 2015. Benjamin defined standards and reporting best practices across key infrastructure and development areas, focusing on the introduction of new technology platforms and enhancements globally.

Prior to their tenure at JLL, Benjamin worked at CNA Insurance from September 2006 to June 2013. Benjamin held the position of Senior Director - Infrastructure PMO and led a program and project delivery group covering core infrastructure and development domains.

Benjamin also has work experience at Career Education Corp as the Technology Integration Manager from 2004 to 2006, Caprel Computer Services as an Engagement/Project Manager from 2001 to 2004, and the University of Chicago as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Director of the Budget from 1998 to 2001.

Benjamin Hernandez earned their Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the University of Chicago, which they completed between 1996 and 1998.
