Bill Dietz has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Bill currently holds the position of SVP, Digital Product Management at Link Logistics Real Estate since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant from October 2019 to April 2021, where they provided advisory services to small and midsize businesses in areas such as management and growth strategy, digital platform planning, and business process improvement. In their role, they advised the Executive Director and Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of a startup nonprofit organization.

Before becoming an independent consultant, Bill held the position of Executive VP, Technology at JLL from 2005 to 2019, where they were responsible for business-critical application platforms and led teams in strategic planning, innovation, product development, and technology operations. Bill had an annual operating budget of $20m.

Prior to JLL, Bill worked at ThoughtWorks as a Technology Project Manager from 2004 to 2005, where they managed a team for the development of a residential loan application platform for a US regional bank. Bill followed an agile project management framework and ensured rigorous status tracking and reporting.

Earlier in their career, Bill was a Senior VP, Solution Development & Delivery at B2P Commerce Corp from 2002 to 2004, where they led the design, development, and delivery of SaaS solutions and desktop applications for nonprofit organizations and charitable foundations. Bill had P&L responsibility for products and professional services.

Bill started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Manager, Andersen Technology Solutions from 1997 to 2002. Bill managed teams in information management, knowledge management, and solution delivery, delivering enterprise applications and technology training to employees worldwide.

Bill Dietz completed their Bachelor's Degree in Theatre/Theater at the University of Michigan. Bill then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Technology, Strategy, Marketing, & Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 1999 to 2001.
