Israel Ovalle

Israel Ovalle, PMP has extensive experience in project management, particularly in the construction industry. Israel is currently working as an Associate Regional Project Manager (Owner's Rep) at Link Logistics Real Estate since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ASAP Group as an Associate Project Manager from 2021 to 2022. Israel'sresponsibilities included managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, preparing cost control reports, and ensuring projects met specifications, budget, and schedule.

From 2018 to 2021, Israel worked at CMI as an Associate Project Manager (Owner's Rep), where they served as the Owner's Authorized Representative for the construction of a 16-gate International Terminal for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA).

Before that, they worked at Banco BHD León as a Regional Project Manager (Owner's Rep) from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they oversaw the construction of new branches and renovations nationwide, managing subcontractors and on-site employees.

Israel's career in project management began in 2013 when they worked as an Estimating Manager at Structural Steel Engineering. Israel was responsible for estimating, reviewing blueprints and shop drawings, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors. Israel also worked closely with the company owner to ensure timely project delivery and budget management.

Israel Ovalle, PMP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. In 2017, they obtained certifications in Liquid Penetrant Testing and Ultrasonic Testing from the American Society for Nondestructive Testing. Israel Ovalle also has additional certifications, including OSHA 30-Hour Construction from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA, obtained in February 2022, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in July 2021.
