Jacob Salvat

Jacob Salvat has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industries. Jacob started their career at Sperry Commercial as an Investment Analyst Intern, where they provided analytical support for debt financing and produced financial reports for lenders. Jacob then joined the CSUF Student Managed Investment Fund, initially as an Equity Analyst and later as the Director of Fixed Income, overseeing the bond portfolio and credit analysts.

Afterwards, Jacob worked as an Investment Analyst Intern at RD Olson Development, where they constructed monthly investor reports and created pro formas for potential acquisitions. Jacob then became a Credit Analyst at Titan Capital Management, developing credit research reports for bond funds.

Moving on, Jacob joined Edward Jones as a Trading RDP Associate, participating in a rotational development program. During their time there, they gained exposure to equity trading, obtained licenses, and provided analytical support on trading reports and efficiency projects.

Next, Jacob worked as a Financial Analyst at PS Business Parks, where they focused on financial analysis. Jacob'sresponsibilities included financial modeling and reporting.

Currently, Jacob is working at Link Logistics Real Estate as an Investment Analyst.

Jacob Salvat attended California State University, Fullerton from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General. In addition, they obtained several certifications from FINRA, including the Series 57 in May 2020, the Series 66 in September 2019, and the Series 7 in August 2019.
