Jay Rock

Jay Rock has extensive experience in IT project and program management. Currently, they work as an IT Infrastructure Program Manager at Link Logistics Real Estate, where they oversee site construction and IT infrastructure projects. Previously, they held positions at Empire PMO, BLUE ORIGIN, Macy's, and WebMD. At Empire PMO, Jay served as a Senior IT Portfolio Manager, managing global cloud server migrations and developing technology delivery guidelines. Jay also worked as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager, leading project planning and change control processes. At BLUE ORIGIN, Jay served as a Senior Technical Project Manager, handling site construction and IT infrastructure projects. Earlier in their career, they worked at Macy's as a Project Coordinator/Network Analyst, managing hardware and software deployment projects. At WebMD, Jay worked as a Network Administrator, overseeing operations duties and coordinating voice/data circuit installations.

Jay Rock has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from Excelsior University. They also have an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University Perimeter College. In 1993-1994, Jay Rock attended Hampton University and studied Computer Science. Additionally, Jay Rock has obtained certifications such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2014. They also hold certifications in CompTIA Cloud+, ITIL Foundations, Professional Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB-IT) from various institutions.
