Kelley Dietz, CAPM, has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. In 2019, they worked as an Account Executive Intern at NewDay USA, where they gained valuable knowledge in credit basics, credit scoring, savings, and home buying. Kelley also participated in NewDay's character-driven leadership program and improved their networking skills. Later that year, they joined Nelson Frank as a ServiceNow Recruitment Consultant, where they successfully handled candidate and client interactions, practiced business development, managed the interview process, and generated leads through Salesforce CRM. Kelley Dietz, CAPM, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Business Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attained a Diploma from West York Area High School. Additionally, Kelley Dietz obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2022.
