Kerry L. Hewson

Kerry is Link’s senior vice president, Customer Experience and Transactions, responsible for transaction management as well as development and execution of the firm’s strategic transformation around customer experience.

Kerry joined Link in 2021, bringing significant industrial and logistics real estate experience. Prior to Link, she was a senior vice president in Seagis Property Group’s Operations division. Before that, she spent 20 years at Liberty Property Trust and Prologis, starting in corporate finance before moving up to a vice president role in Operations, where she oversaw more than 100 million square feet of industrial real estate. She began her career in public accounting.

Kerry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Lynchburg. In her free time, she enjoys live music and outdoor activities including tennis, golf, paddleboarding and walking the family dogs.
