James McMichael, MSRE, RPA® has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate and financial industry. James started their career as a Transactions Assistant at Smith Real Estate Services in 2010. James then joined King Real Estate Advisors, LLC as an Associate in 2012. In 2013, they joined Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company, as a Financial Analyst and later became a Senior Financial Analyst until 2016.

In 2017, James joined Lincoln Property Company Atlanta, where they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Administrator, Assistant Property Manager, and eventually became a Property Manager, a role they held until 2021. Their responsibilities included managing properties, coordinating tenant services, and ensuring optimal property performance.

Currently, James is working at Link Logistics. James started as a Property Manager from March 2021 to September 2022. James then transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Portal Manager from September 2022 to January 2023 before taking on their current position as the Director of Customer Portal from January 2023 onwards. In their current role, James is responsible for overseeing the development and management of the customer portal, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. With their strong background in property management and financial analysis, James brings valuable expertise to their role at Link Logistics.

James McMichael completed their education at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Real Estate. James also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Financial Planning from the University of Georgia. Furthermore, James McMichael has obtained several additional certifications including the Real Property Administrator credential from BOMI International in November 2020, the Series 66 certification from FINRA in February 2014, the Series 7 certification from FINRA in November 2013, and the Real Estate Salesperson license from the Georgia Real Estate Commission in September 2005.
