Terra Payne

Terra Payne has gained extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Terra is currently the Vice President of Change Management at Link Logistics Real Estate since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Meta Financial Technologies from April 2019 to April 2022 as an Operational Change Manager. From November 2017 to April 2019, Terra served as the Project Management Office Leader for North America & Europe at Nielsen. Terra also held the position of Change Management Lead for Europe & Asia at Nielsen from March 2016 to April 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Business Solution Architect for Answers on Demand at Nielsen from August 2013 to February 2016. Terra started their career at Nielsen in July 2011 as an Emerging Leaders Associate, where they completed a 2-year leadership intensive program consisting of four 6-month rotations. Furthermore, they had an internship as a Procurement Intern at Nestle USA in 2010.

Terra Payne attended Johannesburg-Lewiston High School from 2002 to 2006. Terra then pursued a college education at Alma College in 2006-2007, focusing on Business without obtaining a degree. Following this, they enrolled in Michigan State University from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a degree in Business Management. In October 2020, Terra also completed a certification as a ProSci Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci.
