Timothy Gerten

Timothy Gerten has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in various companies. Timothy started their career as a Franchise Owner at College Pro Painters, Inc, where they successfully operated a residential painting business. Timothy then worked as a Dining Center Crew Member at Iowa State University, gaining experience in customer service and general upkeep tasks.

Timothy later joined Target Corporation as a Merchandise Specialist, where they utilized Target's content management system to input product data and ensured accuracy across different systems. Timothy then transitioned to CBRE, where they held two positions. As a Real Estate Accounting Coordinator, they entered transactions and lease information using accounting software, and met deadlines for financial reporting. In their subsequent role as a Real Estate Accountant, Timothy oversaw financial reporting activities for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties and maintained strong relationships with clients and tenants.

After their tenure at CBRE, Timothy joined Grace Management, Inc. as a Staff Accountant, focusing on accounting responsibilities for the company. Timothy then worked at WPT Industrial REIT as a Property Accountant, where they managed financial activities for properties.

Currently, Timothy works as a Lease Accounting Analyst at Link Logistics Real Estate, contributing their expertise in lease accounting. Timothy joined the company in 2021 and continues to excel in their role.

Timothy Gerten began their education at Minnetonka High School, where they completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma between the years 2004 and 2008. After graduating from high school, they attended Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
