Vipin Anand

Vipin Anand has a diverse work experience in the fields of software development, risk model engineering, quantitative analysis, and quantitative trading. Vipin is currently working as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Link Logistics since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Axioma Inc. (now part of Qontigo) from October 2014 to December 2022, where they were involved in developing a vendor agnostic framework for data feed across different asset classes and vendors. Vipin also worked on building UI tools for cluster/issuers using Plotly/DASH and collaborated with the Multi Asset class research team. Before joining Axioma Inc., Vipin worked at Metricle from January 2014 to June 2016 as a Quantitative Analyst/Developer. In this role, they built a pipeline to extract real-time tweets from Twitter's streaming API and developed sentiment models for event-based trading strategies. From June 2013 to January 2014, they worked as a Quantitative Trader at Capital Traders Group.

Vipin Anand completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Financial Engineering from New York University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued their MS degree in Information and Operations Management at Mays Business School - Texas A&M University.
