Whitney Veloz

Whitney Veloz has a diverse work experience in various roles within the real estate and property management industry. Whitney currently works at Link Logistics as a CAM Manager since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kohl's Corporate from February 2016 to November 2022 as a Senior Facilities Analyst (Lease Audit), where they analyzed reconciliations of operating expenses and achieved significant annual savings. Whitney also gained experience as a Senior Property Accountant at Physicians Realty Trust (DOC) from April 2014 to February 2016, and as a Property Accountant at Colliers-International from November 2012 to April 2014. Furthermore, they started their career at Pentagon Property Management as a Bookkeeper from June 2010 to January 2013.

Whitney Veloz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the period from 2010 to 2014.
