Cicely Miltich

Cicely Miltich is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel, litigation, and higher education law. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Jack Link's Protein Snacks since June 2023, Cicely previously held positions as Counsel at Lathrop GPM LLP and Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General. Prior roles include Senior Managing Associate at Dentons, Associate at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, and Law Clerk for both the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Minnesota Supreme Court. Cicely earned a J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BA magna cum laude in Political Science/International Relations and Geology from Carleton College.
