Thiago Toshio Togawa has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in production and quality assurance. Currently serving as Gerente Industrial at Jack Link's Protein Snacks since January 2016, Thiago coordinates production teams, manages budgets, optimizes KPIs, and enhances production processes. Previous roles include Supervisor de Garantia de Qualidade, where Thiago ensured compliance with quality standards and conducted internal and external audits, and Especialista em Melhoria Contínua, focusing on performance management and Lean Six Sigma projects. Early career experience includes co-founding Zhyra e-Commerce and an internship at Synergy Tastes, gaining valuable skills in product management and quality control.
