Cesar Augusto Huanachi Chura has extensive experience as a sommelier in various restaurants and hotels. Cesar Augusto started their career as a sommelier at Hotel Paracas in 2010 and then worked at Restaurante IK from 2012 to 2013. Cesar Augusto then moved on to become the Director de sala & Sommelier at 1087 Bistro from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they worked as a sommelier at Osso Restaurant before joining Hotel Tamarindodiria as a Maitre & Sommelier in 2015. Cesar Augusto is currently serving as the Head Sommelier at Osaka Restaurants since 2017.
Cesar Augusto Huanachi Chura attended the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2015 to study the field of Sommelier.
