Steve Splawn

Steve Splawn has over 40 years of work experience in the field of information technology. Steve has held various leadership roles in reputable companies such as Link Technologies, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Atos, Xerox, BMC Software, Harrahs Entertainment, Bechtel SAIC, and the United States Marine Corps.

Most recently, Steve served as the Vice President of Government and Professional IT Services at Link Technologies. In this role, they provided IT services to commercial and government clients at all levels and offered strategic and tactical direction for managed IT solutions and services.

Prior to that, they worked as the Director of IT Service Management and Operations at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. There, they managed IT operations, contracts, vendor management processes, and budgets, while also providing strategic direction to internal teams and strategic partners.

Before joining Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Steve held roles such as CBU/Vice President Service Delivery at Atos, Vice President of Service Delivery at Xerox, Senior Project Manager at BMC Software, IT Configuration Manager PMP certified at Harrahs Entertainment, and Director of PMO at Bechtel SAIC.

Steve's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Senior Project Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for software quality assurance and software configuration management.

Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in project management, service delivery, infrastructure IT services, change management, and consulting. Steve has a proven track record of driving success and delivering results in various IT domains.
