Bartosz Mańka

Bartosz Mańka has extensive work experience in the field of IT technology and management. Bartosz currently holds the position of IT Technology Director - CTO at Link4 since September 2022, where they are responsible for driving the vision and technology strategy, managing technical and project management teams, and implementing cloud-based architecture solutions.

Prior to their current role, Bartosz worked as an Advisory | IT Director | Interim CIO at a Polish and international company providing outsourcing of business processes from June 2022 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for software operation, infrastructure, security, software development, and vendor management.

Before that, Bartosz served as an IT Director - CIO | CTO at PWN - Polish Scientific Publishers (WN PWN S.A.) from March 2020 to June 2022. In this position, they had full responsibility for all IT technology activities across the PWN holding, including digital transformation, systems development, DevOps, infrastructure and security, project management, and systems architecture.

From 2014 to 2020, Bartosz worked at Orange Polska, where they held various positions such as Head of IT Architecture Strategy and Innovations and Transformation Program Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring the implementation of IT architecture strategies aligned with business strategies, executing transformation programs, and managing cross-functional and international programs.

Bartosz also gained experience at Infovide-Matrix S.A., where they served as Senior Manager from 2007 to 2012, managing professional services, team management, business development, and large-scale projects. Bartosz also worked as a Project Manager at the same company from 2005 to 2007, overseeing initiatives related to professional services and software development.

Additionally, Bartosz has worked at IPN Brainpower Gmbh / IBTM as the Head of Development from 2004 to 2005, responsible for CRM delivery and maintenance for the pharmaceutical industry. Bartosz also worked at Bizerba / Multivac as an Architect and Developer from 2002 to 2004, focusing on business process improvement and software development.

Bartosz started their career at Cyber, where they worked as a Developer from 2000 to 2002, specializing in web portals and custom software development.

In addition, they completed an MBA program at Kozminski University from 2007 to 2008.
