Salwa Al-Sharqawi is the President of Linkage Middle East. Based in Kuwait, she is also the CEO and founder of Optimal Solutions HR & Marketing Consultancy. She is an expert facilitator and trainer in leadership and management programs, time management, and customer service, and also has extensive experience in developing HR systems and strategies as well as in developing, training, and counseling HR teams.

At Linkage, her clients span several countries, including Qatar, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, and represent a variety of industries, including finance and banking, telecom, and everything in between.
