Alissa Wagoner

Alissa Wagoner is the Director of Sales Policy Management at LinkedIn Go-To-Market Operations, where they lead a team focused on shaping, implementing, and enforcing policies that support compliant business growth. With a Bachelor's degree in Social and Cognitive Neuroscience from Harvard University, earned in 2010, Alissa also boasts a history as a four-year member of the Harvard Varsity Women's Volleyball team. Previously, they held various roles at Google, including Analyst in Sales Operations and Strategist for Google Fiber, before returning to LinkedIn in multiple managerial capacities. In their free time, Alissa enjoys cooking, traveling, and playing volleyball.
