Brennan Hartich

Brennan Hartich is a seasoned design operations leader with extensive experience in overseeing design teams across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Director of Design & Research Operations at LinkedIn since September 2022, Brennan manages a team of over 20 Design Program Managers and ensures the success of a 300+ person design organization. Prior roles include Sr. Director and Director of Design Operations at Slack, Head of Design Operations at Intuit, and positions at Facebook, Intuit (as Design Program Manager Lead), Ninthlink, Mirum Agency, and LeaseLabs®. Brennan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Point Loma Nazarene University and has furthered education at Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo.
