Claire Flannery is a seasoned global HR leader and coaching psychologist with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. They held various roles at Certus from 2012 to 2013, including Recruitment Manager and Senior HR Manager, and served as HR Business Partner at Bank of Scotland (Ireland) from 2006 to 2011. Currently, Claire is a Coaching Psychologist at Strength Within since 2017 and holds the position of Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at LinkedIn, beginning in 2025.
