Rita Griebenow

Rita Griebenow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and engineering. Currently serving as a Sales Operations Manager at LinkedIn since March 2019, Rita focuses on developing and enhancing GTM productivity tools for LinkedIn's SaaS businesses, while also acting as Chief of Staff for SaaS GTM Operations. Prior roles at LinkedIn include senior associate and associate positions in sales operations, where Rita collaborated with sales leadership to streamline processes. Before LinkedIn, Rita worked as a Fullstack Engineer at Lula Build, designing key modules for construction project management software, and as a Strategy Consultant at Strategy&, where project work spanned the Power & Utilities and Metals & Mining sectors. Rita holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering Informatics from Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field.
