Alina Lypnik has a work experience that spans several different roles and industries.

In 2018, they worked as a Child Care Specialist at Żłobek Bajka until November 2019.

From December 2019 to May 2022, they served as a Preschool Teacher at Bright Child.

Most recently, in May 2022, they joined Link Group as a Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant. In this role, they worked with over 100 clients in Europe, Asia, and North America to address a shortage of highly qualified IT talent. In August 2022, they transitioned to the position of Junior IT Recruitment Consultant at Link Group.
