Andrew Gaines is a seasoned legal professional with a focus on executive compensation and employee benefits. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits U.S. at Linklaters since June 2022, Andrew also holds the position of Vice Chairman at RiverSpring Health featuring the Hebrew Home at Riverdale and has been a Board Trustee at Hobart and William Smith Colleges since June 2014.
